Google Send Message About Blocking Java script and CSS in Web Console

Today Morning When reaches at Office and Open Google Webmaster tool now called Google Web Console and I seen I got one message from Google and that message was

Googlebot cannot access CSS and JS files on https://newsforpublic.com

After Seen this message, I think this is due to Recently Changing in Panda algorithms – Panda 4.2, But this is not due to Panda.

I read the whole Message Which sends by Google, That Message Was

After Reading I found i think some mistake in Robots.txt File.

I was open Robots.txt file for My Guest Blogging Website and I found /wp-include/ Block By 

Robots.txt

I start to Editing Robots.txt and Remove /wp-include/ from text file

After Complete this task, I was Check my Website in Fetch and Render Section and I found 

Following Result at there.

I thing My Problem is solve.
